Jeanne Schneider, MA LPCCs
Serving as Executive Director of Living Hope Counseling Services, I am awed by the courage of clients to seek healing from the woundedness of life. I am equally blessed to be part of the equipping and training journey of counseling professionals as they begin their careers.
I believe healing is a holistic experience integrating body, mind and soul. With an undergraduate degree in exercise physiology from NKU and having worked in corporate health and fitness for years I have seen the value of maintaining a healthy body. In addition, the value of healing one’s mind and soul became evident which led me back to graduate school at Cincinnati Bible College & Seminary to complete a Master’s in Counseling. For the past couple of decades, I have created the sacred space of the counseling room free from judgement for people to share their stories and find healing through a variety of treatment modalities including CBT, ACT and EMDR. I am also delighted to meet clients in their spiritual journeys as they desire.
Providing workshops for groups and mental health professionals allows the teacher in me to emerge as I offer various workshops on healthy lifestyle management, effective communication and marital relationships for churches or groups. I also offer CEU workshops on variety of topics including self-care, suicide prevention and counseling law.
I enjoy exercising, reading, relaxing with a glass of iced tea and spending time with family and friends.
